The original soul of Queen Creek education. For decades, QCHS was the only high school in town. Neither the school nor the district publishes a founding year for it, and the 1989 you will see quoted elsewhere is the year the Town of Queen Creek incorporated, not the year the school opened. It has produced state champion athletes, civic leaders, and successful entrepreneurs. The campus houses the Queen Creek Performing Arts Center (QCPAC), a professional-grade auditorium hosting Broadway-style plays, symphony concerts, and community performances.

Queen Creek Unified’s newest high school, established in 2022 to serve the town’s eastern growth. Crismon serves grades 7 through 12 — the span its own site, the district’s High School Options page and Arizona School Report Cards all give as of September 2026 — so the junior high years sit on the same campus. It holds a B on the Arizona State Board of Education’s 2024-25 letter grades, the district’s fourth B that year. The school describes its 76-acre campus as one that will keep growing with the community, and it is still filling out: its 2024-25 grade 8 count was 462 while grade 12 was 142, because its oldest cohort has not reached senior year in numbers yet. 2. Career & Technical Education (CTE) Pathways

QCHS CTE Flagships
Agriscience & Veterinary Science: QCHS boasts one of the most decorated Future Farmers of America (FFA) chapters in the Southwest, featuring on-site animal barns and agronomy labs.
Welding & Automotive Technology: Comprehensive trade training with direct industry certification pathways.
Crismon High CTE Flagships
Aviation & Aerospace Engineering: Partnership programs utilizing FAA-approved flight simulators, preparing students for commercial pilot licensure in partnership with Chandler-Gilbert Community College.
Commercial Culinary Arts & Digital Cinema: Commercial kitchen suites and full soundstage broadcast television studios.
3. Athletics & School Spirit

- Queen Creek High Bulldogs: AIA classifies Queen Creek High in 6A – Fiesta, Arizona’s largest conference, and its football program specifically in 6A Southeast.
- Crismon High Rattlers: AIA lists Crismon in 4A – East Sky for its sports generally, and its football team a full step lower in 3A Metro. AIA does not publish any classification transition for Crismon, so if you read that the Rattlers are moving up to 5A or 6A, that is not on AIA’s page.
4. Boundaries: Only the District Can Tell You
- Run the exact street address through Queen Creek Unified’s own attendance-boundary lookup.
- Confirm the answer with the district registrar in writing before you write an offer.
- Ask separately about grade 7 and 8, since Crismon starts at grade 7 and Queen Creek High starts at grade 9. Our Queen Creek middle schools guide covers those grades.
- Re-check on a new build: boundaries move as campuses open and subdivisions deliver.
- A subdivision is not a boundary. Single communities are split between campuses.
- A “Queen Creek, AZ” mailing address does not even guarantee the district, let alone the campus.
- Listing sheets and relocation sites copy each other’s stale assignments.
- Open enrollment can change the answer, but district transportation follows the boundary assignment only.
